Integrated solutions from A to Z. System and line competence by Bosch.

To give you a better orientation in the complex world of food packaging solutions, we have bundled our experience in the development of standardized system solutions.

For example, Bosch Packaging Systems offers a highly reliable and flexible Two-in-One biscuit packaging system for single, pile and slug packs. The system combines in-feeding modules, solutions for fast row formation, as well as flow wrappers and topload cartoning machines. The result: a complete high-performance solution with a total output of up to 2,400 biscuits per minute.

For the vertical packaging of bakery, confectionery, nuts, snacks and powders on a new microsite. Solutions4Value will help you find the best solution for your specific application.

Success along the line

We also offer comprehensive and integrated line concepts for the pharmaceutical industry. With the Xelum system for instance, we have developed a new process for “Continuous Manufacturing” of solid pharmaceuticals. The platform of the Bosch subsidiary Hüttlin unites the steps of dosing, mixing, granulating and tableting in one continuous process.

Only recently, we designed a complete production and filling solution for insulin in vials and cartridges for the Brazilian biotech start-up Biomm – a project that brought our customer success along the line. But our pharmaceutical line competence does not end here: our experts from Valicare offer support for the validation of high-tech aseptic filling systems to meet all international pharmaceutical standards.

We offer more

After implementation we remain at your side with a comprehensive range of global services. Our experts support you with tailor-made service packages: from spare parts management to preventive maintenance and modernization – so that your Bosch solutions will inspire you for a long time.

We will be happy to design the appropriate line or individual packaging system for your requirements. Please feel free to contact us!
