Bosch Packaging Technology facility in Minneapolis supports Operation Shoebox

Bosch Packaging Technology in Minneapolis recently held a company fundraiser around Christmas time to support Operation Shoebox. Operation Shoebox’s mission is to meet the needs of every hero with dignity and appreciation. They collect and forward care packages to United States’ service members deployed overseas.

Associates donated money, items to pack and their time. Our goal was to raise enough funds and items to pack 30 boxes. We received a positive response from our Minneapolis team of 140 employees and were able to pack 43 boxes to send to Operation Shoebox. On December 14, associate volunteers gathered to pack the boxes. Each box contained items like coffee, socks, toothpaste, and snack food. Volunteers wrote a note of encouragement to the recipient of their box. Bosch shipped the care packages to Operation Shoebox in Belleview, FL, and from there Operation Shoebox sent our packages overseas to U.S. military members.

To all those who have ever served, we thank you!
